Jim Ramsay
Founding Director – B2B Mining 101 Pty Ltd
Jim has over 40 years’ experience in open-cut mining – from starting his career as an operator to founding B2B Mining101 Pty Ltd in 2023.
During this time, Jim has worked both as a contractor and as a client.
Jim is a highly regarded mining specialist, bringing extensive knowledge in the design and mobilisation of cost-effective mining operations.
Jim has been instrumental in several major projects including Greenfield and Brownfield operations for FMG, Thiess and Macmahon. He played an integral role in the development of FMGs Cloudbreak operations, contributing to FMG’s transition from an exploration company into the mining giant it is today.
With a passion for community engagement, Jim led the development of the Indigenous mining teams who contributed to the construction of Sino’s Iron ore operations in the Pilbara, from concept to operations.
Jim is an active advocate for the homeless, and the driver behind B2B/s Homeless Engagement programme.
Clint Moxham
Project Manager – B2B Mining 101 Pty Ltd
Clint Moxham is a seasoned mining professional with extensive experience in greenfield and start-up operations across various commodities, including iron ore, gold, uranium, and copper.
His leadership skills have been pivotal in successfully managing the feasibility, permitting, and construction phases of mining projects, scaling operations from 1 million to 10 million tonnes per annum.
Known for his innovative approach to cost management and productivity enhancement, Clint has consistently delivered projects that align with strategic goals while ensuring safety and environmental compliance.
His academic background, which includes degrees in mining engineering, geology, mineral economics and business administration, underpins his analytical capabilities and risk management expertise.
Throughout his career, Clint has demonstrated a commitment to effective team leadership and operational excellence. He has successfully led multidisciplinary teams, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
His tenure as General Manager at various mines showcases his ability to drive performance, implement productivity initiatives, and navigate complex regulatory environments.
Clint leverages his deep industry knowledge and stakeholder engagement skills to guide organisations through the intricacies of mine development and contract management, ensuring alignment with broader economic and environmental objectives.
